Company History

Established in 1881 as mould makers, Walter Frank & Sons Ltd. pioneered the use of aluminium alloys for fire fighting equipment. The company joined Westley Group in 2005 and continues to operate as an autonomous unit, manufacturing a comprehensive range of fittings and hydrant valves in aluminium, gunmetal and other alloys to British, American and other standards. Fully machined or raw non-ferrous castings are also produced for a diverse range of industrial applications, working with clients to develop their own products and advising on optimum casting designs.
