Instantaneous Delivery Hose Couplings

British standard BS 336 specifies a 2½" (65mm) instantaneous connection.2½" couplings are available with hose tails ranging from 25mm to 100mm diameter so that different sized hoses can be interconnected.

A 1½" instantaneous FETA trade standard coupling is also manufactured. Other nominal instantaneous sizes are available but are rarely used
